– How do you assess the team’s performance in the past 10 matches?

- We're going well. The main thing is that we score three points in each game and win. But it should be noted that we have not yet played with our direct competitors – Zenit and Lokomotiv. These meetings will determine a lot, they will be very interesting.

– What can you say about your game?

– I improve from match to match, gaining game tone. We have already rolled into the season. But, as I already said, there are many important matches ahead, and the main thing is how I will show myself in these games.

– What are your expectations from the match with Zenit for the Superсup?

– I’m really looking forward to this meeting. We will be fighting for this trophy for the fourth time, which we cannot win. There were disappointing defeats. We know Zenit well, they know us well. The result will depend on how each player performs. We want to finally win the Super Cup and continue the season calmly!

– Do you have any special signs that you observe before games?

– I think that every person has such signs that he tries to observe. For example, coming to matches in the same sneakers. But it’s not about the sneakers, by and large it’s all in the head. When all these superstitions begin to overwhelm me, I stop myself. The main thing is that you are honest with yourself, before the training process.

– What do you think about the fact that the match will take place at the Gazprom Arena in St. Petersburg?

– It’s very pleasant to play in such arenas. And in general, every game is a big holiday. We train to play. You practice and practice, and when game day comes, you say, “Oh, finally!” I am glad that our matches are held in large stadiums. I think that a lot of fans will come to the stadium!

– Your support is very important to us! This is a very important match for us! Even when we run out of strength, and you drive us forward, a second wind opens! Therefore, I urge everyone to come to the stadium and support us!
